First, we will explore the beautiful city, including the Hercules Cave and Cape Spartel. Lunch is included. Then we venture inland to Chefchaouen, passing through Tetouan and the Rif mountains, with stops along the way to savor panoramic views. You'll stay at a hotel in Chefchaouen for the night.

After breakfast, you'll have the opportunity to explore the picturesque streets of Chefchaouen. Then, we travel to Volubilis to explore the ancient Roman ruins. These ruins are well-preserved and hold UNESCO World Heritage Site status, boasting exquisite mosaics, ancient pillars, and archways.

Following your visit to the ruins, we continue our journey to Meknes, one of Morocco's imperial cities and the former Ismaili capital. In Meknes, we visit Bab Al-Mansour, the Sahrij Souani basin, the Royal stables, the granary, and the Moulay Ismail Mausoleum. We then head to Fes, where you'll stay at a Riad for the night.

Your day in Fes begins with a pickup from your accommodation after breakfast. You're in for an immersive exploration of this remarkable city, which stands as a significant hub of culture and religion in Morocco.

Your adventure starts with a visit to the Royal Palace gate, giving you a glimpse of the city's grandeur. We then venture into the well-preserved medieval Medina, a UNESCO World Heritage Site. Your entry into the old Medina is marked by the iconic Blue Gate, known as Bab Boujloud. A local guide will accompany you through the Medina, where you'll encounter several essential sites, including the Medrasa Bouanania, the Najjarine Fountain, and the Tanneries. These sites reflect the city's rich history and craftsmanship. Your tour concludes with a visit to the Quaraouin mosque and university, an institution holding the title of the world's oldest university.

As you leave the Medina, you'll explore the Jewish quarter, often referred to as "the Mellah," providing insight into Fes's diverse cultural tapestry. The day ends with a visit to an ancient fortress, where you'll enjoy panoramic views of the Medina and Fes, gaining a captivating perspective of this imperial city. You'll return to your Riad, having delved deep into the heart of Fes's cultural and historical treasures.

The 7-day Morocco tour continues south after breakfast, first passing through Imouzzer. Then, we journey to Ifrane, a city known for its cold temperatures, alpine-style architectural residences, and the moniker "Morocco's Switzerland." Our next stop is the Cedar Forest, which is home to Barbary macaques. You'll have the opportunity to feed and interact with these fascinating creatures while exploring the forest.

Afterward, we proceed to Midelt, where you'll have some free time for lunch. Our journey continues as we traverse the Tizi-n-Tilghmt pass and descend into the Ziz valley, making stops along the way to appreciate panoramic vistas.

In the afternoon, you'll arrive in the Merzouga Sahara desert. Here, you'll switch to camels for a journey into the sandy desert, pausing to witness the sunset from atop a high dune. We then head to the camp, offering a unique blend of traditional nomadic tents and the comforts of a hotel. You'll enjoy Berber drum music around a bonfire under a starry sky, along with accommodation options.

After breakfast, you'll spend the day exploring the Merzouga region. The area boasts a range of fascinating features, including sand dunes, natural lakes, mines, fossil sites, and captivating oases. These locations offer opportunities for various outdoor activities. In Merzouga, our journey begins with an off-road drive to an old eyeliner mine. You'll then visit the local nomads in their handwoven tents, learn about their way of life, and enjoy a cup of Berber tea.
